Monitor surveillance systems, patrol the premises, respond to incidents, and enforce hotel security policies.Key Responsibilities:
Surveillance & Patrol: Monitor security cameras and perform regular patrols of hotel premises, including guest areas, back-of-house, and parking lots.
Incident Response: Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and security incidents; take appropriate action and document incidents.
Access Control: Manage access to hotel facilities; check identification and authorize entry for guests, staff, and contractors.
Guest Assistance: Provide assistance to guests and staff; handle inquiries and address concerns related to security.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, daily activities, and any irregularities.
Policy Enforcement: Enforce hotel security policies and procedures; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with hotel management and local law enforcement as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; SIRA certified.
Previous experience in security or a similar role, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
Strong observational and communication skills; ability to handle stressful situations calmly; basic knowledge of security systems and emergency response.
