Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol assigned areas to detect and deter unauthorized activity, theft, vandalism, or other security threats.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control points to identify and respond to security breaches or incidents.
  • Conduct regular security checks of doors, windows, and other entry points to ensure they are properly secured.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, alarms, or calls for assistance, and take appropriate action to resolve incidents.
  • Escort employees, visitors, or contractors to designated areas and provide assistance or guidance as needed.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to security, safety, and access control.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of security incidents, patrols, and other relevant activities.
  • Report any security concerns, hazards, or breaches to supervisors or appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, fire department, and other emergency responders as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in security or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent observation and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
