Ensure that occupants and visitors are identified and that their identities are properly verified.Ensured that occupants and visitors can only access areas for which they have been properly authorized.Detect attempted intrusions by unauthorized persons.Ensure that unauthorized people in the building will not affect the serenity of the Project.Ensure that excessive noise is not made in common areas.Ensure that confidential information and data are kept private.Enable security supervisors to audit building and usage of the security mechanisms.Ensure that common facilities and their related areas and facilities are protected against destruction, damage, theft, or surreptitious replacement (e.g., due to vandalism, sabotage, or terrorism).Ensure that system maintenance does not unintentionally disrupt the security mechanisms building.Ensure that all works in the building facility is being executed with the knowledge of the Security guard.Maintain proper record of all visitors to the building.Maintain record of all emergency numbers.Assist and guide guests during any emergency like fire alarm.Tighten security measures to fit certain VIP situation.Patrol all public areas and identify any strange objects or familiar findings.Car park control so that only authorized cars are allowed in the parking.Observe and coordinate with the Facilities Coordinator any system failure.Participate in any fire fighting operation by using extinguishers and hose reels.Participate in fire drills.
