Job Responsibilities:
Security Strategy: Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and strategies tailored to the organization's needs and in compliance with local regulations.
Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and threats specific to Dubai's environment.
Security Personnel Management: Supervise and manage security staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Access Control: Oversee access control systems, ensuring only authorized personnel have entry to restricted areas.
Crisis Management: Develop and execute crisis response plans, including emergency evacuation procedures, and coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
Surveillance: Manage surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and monitoring equipment.
Physical Security: Implement physical security measures such as fences, gates, and security checkpoints.
Cybersecurity: Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure the organization's digital assets are secure from cyber threats.
Security Audits: Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas of improvement and compliance with local regulations.
Incident Investigation: Investigate security incidents, breaches, or violations and recommend corrective actions.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the security department's budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with security service providers and suppliers, ensuring they meet performance standards.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and customer needs within the Dubai market and the broader Gulf region.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, customers, or partners and initiate business relationships through networking and outreach efforts.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts, negotiate contracts, and close deals to generate revenue and achieve sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Product or Service Promotion: Develop marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness in the Dubai market.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors' activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align business development efforts with the overall company strategy.
Market Entry Strategies: Assess and recommend market entry strategies, including partnerships, acquisitions, or new product launches.
Proposal and Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Security Management, Criminal Justice, or Business Administration).
• Relevant certifications in security management, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Security Manager (CSM).
• Several years of experience in security management, with a background in law enforcement or military service often preferred.
• Knowledge of local and international security regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
• Familiarity with the specific security challenges and cultural aspects in Dubai.
UAE Driving License & SIRA Security Manager License (valid) is must

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
