Job Description

1. Monitoring and Surveillance

- Conduct regular patrols of premises to deter and detect signs of intrusion.

- Monitor security cameras and alarms to identify potential threats or breaches.

2. Access Control

- Check identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.

- Control access points and ensure that unauthorized personnel do not enter secure areas.

3. Incident Response

- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations (e.g., theft, fire, or medical emergencies).

- Take appropriate actions in accordance with established protocols, such as notifying law enforcement or emergency services.

4. Report Writing

- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

- Prepare and submit incident reports for management review.

5. Customer Service

- Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, or customers needing assistance or information.

- Provide a visible security presence to promote a safe environment.

6. Conflict Resolution

- Mediate disputes or conflicts among individuals on the premises in a calm and professional manner.

- De-escalate potentially volatile situations to prevent escalations.

7. Enforcement of Policies

- Ensure all security policies and procedures are followed by employees and visitors.

- Issue warnings or citations for any violations of site-specific rules.

8. Safety Assurance

- Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards or unsafe conditions on the premises.

- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.

9. Collaboration

- Work closely with law enforcement, fire department, and other emergency responders when necessary.

- Collaborate with management to improve security protocols and policies.

10. Health and Safety Training

- Participate in training programs to stay updated on emergency procedures, first aid, and defusing techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
