Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to protect our office and warehouse premises in the SAIF Zone, Sharjah. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our property, staff, and visitors by maintaining a visible presence, monitoring access points, and reporting any suspicious activity or safety hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Access Control : Monitor and control access to the office and warehouse, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are permitted entry.
• Surveillance : Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including entry/exit points, office spaces, warehouse, and surrounding areas, to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks.
• Safety Monitoring : Inspect doors, windows, and other points of entry to ensure they are secure and report any irregularities or breaches.
• Incident Reporting : Respond to security alarms, emergencies, or disturbances promptly, and report all incidents accurately in the security log.
• Equipment Management : Ensure that security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and communication devices, are operational and report any malfunctions for immediate maintenance.
• Visitor Assistance : Greet visitors professionally, assist them with directions, and respond to inquiries while maintaining a welcoming and safe environment.
• Emergency Response : Act as the first line of defense during emergency situations and assist with evacuation procedures if necessary.
• Compliance : Adhere to all company and legal security protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience : Previous experience as a security guard or in a related security role is preferred.
• Skills :
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Good observation and reporting skills
• Physical Fitness : Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as needed during shifts.
• Language : Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
• Certifications : Security guard training certification or licensing is an advantage.

Working Hours:

This role requires flexibility, including night shifts and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage for the premises.
