We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Associates in Dubai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases, and contributing to the overall success of our store.Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs.
Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations to customers as needed.
Answer customer inquiries about product features, pricing, availability, and promotions.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or POS systems.
Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely and in accordance with company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock replenishment needs to management.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise shipments.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding sales, customer service, and store operations.Requirements:Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
Fluency in English is preferred.
