:Apt Resources is looking for a professional and vigilant Security Guard to join our client's team at a Luxury 4-star Hotel in Dubai. As the Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property. This role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle security matters calmly and effectively in a luxury environment.Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the hotel's premises to prevent theft, and vandalism, and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
• Check identification and issue visitor badges at entry points.
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures regarding security.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and any incidents that occur during shifts.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement in case of emergencies.
• Provide assistance to hotel guests as needed and address any concerns they may have.
• Conduct regular checks of safety equipment, including fire alarms and extinguishers.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on security best practices.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive security operation.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional security training preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to remain vigilant.
• Ability to handle conflict, and remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is an advantage.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be currently available in UAE
