Job Purpose:

To ensure the safety and security of the company's assets, employees, and visitors at all times. The Security Guard will monitor and patrol the premises, identify and address potential threats, and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Surveillance and Patrolling:

Regularly patrol the premises to monitor and report any suspicious activity or security risks. Ensure the security of all company property, personnel, and assets.

Access Control:

Manage the entry and exit of vehicles, staff, and visitors. Ensure that all personnel and visitors are properly authorized and signed in/out.

Emergency Response:

Respond swiftly and effectively to any emergencies, including accidents, fire alarms, or intrusions, and report incidents to the Security Supervisor/Manager and relevant authorities.

Incident Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and daily logs. Ensure all incidents are documented and reported to management in a timely manner.

Surveillance Equipment Operation:

Operate CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to monitor activities within the premises.

Patrol Vehicle Checks:

Conduct checks on vehicles entering and leaving the premises. Ensure compliance with security procedures and regulations.

Safety Enforcement:

Enforce company safety and security policies, ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations.

Escort Duties:

Escort employees, contractors, or visitors to restricted areas as necessary.

Fire Safety:

Ensure fire safety protocols are followed, and assist in fire drills and evacuation procedures.

Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Previous security experience (1-3 years) UAE preferred, particularly in a petrochemical, industrial, or corporate environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and safety measures. Ability to handle potentially dangerous situations calmly and effectively. Good communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Ability to operate security equipment (CCTV, alarm systems). Knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods. Must be physically fit to respond to emergencies and handle security challenges.

Certifications:

Security Guard License as per UAE regulations (preferably). First aid and fire safety certification are a plus.

Work Hours:

Shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Working Conditions:

Work in an industrial environment with exposure to potential hazards associated with petrochemical operations. Requires physical endurance and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,850.00 per month
