Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or damage.
• Control access to premises by maintaining a strong presence and verifying visitor credentials.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security and safety of the premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, following established protocols.
• Write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Monitor and operate security systems, such as CCTV cameras and alarms.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to visitors and employees.
• Stay updated on security trends, procedures, and technologies to continually improve performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid security guard license and certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or a related field.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
• Fluency in English (additional language skills may be preferred depending on the location).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
