Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety of the assigned premises, responding to emergencies, and maintaining detailed records of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent security breaches or unsafe conditions. Conduct regular inspections of premises, including buildings, grounds, and vehicles. Operate and monitor surveillance equipment and systems. Enforce company policies and procedures, and respond to incidents or disturbances as required. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring compliance with security protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, and criminal activities. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Ensure all security equipment is properly maintained and functioning.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus. Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role, preferably in Dubai or the UAE. Strong knowledge of security operations, procedures, and emergency response protocols. Excellent observational and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Good physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. Valid UAE driver's license is preferred but not required.

Preferred Attributes: Previous experience in a high-security environment or with a reputable security firm. Familiarity with local regulations and customs related to security and safety. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
