Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all the incoming and outgoing material doc is monitored and recorded.
• To ensure that all the personnel incoming and outgoing are recorded in the registered.
• To ensure that no personnel and material is going out without the authorization of the HOD.
• To take the round of the factory and report if there is any non-conformity or safety hazard.
• To assist HR Executive in maintaining and ensuring the housekeeping and EHS compliance in the company.
• To assist HR Executive in ensuring the BRC compliance in the company.
• To maintain the attendance record of the employees.
• To monitor the house keeping level as per BRC Guidelines.
• Building management system
• To inform the respective employees & receptionist with their guest or client arrival.

Job Location - Jebel Ali, National Industries Park, Dubai.

Sira card holder

Should be able to communicate in Hindi and fair understanding of English needed.
