Position: Security Guard

Location: United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Guard to bolster our team at United Arab Agencies. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our premises, ensuring the safety of our staff, visitors, and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Surveillance and Protection: Conduct vigilant surveillance of our premises, including buildings, grounds, and parking areas. Ensure the security and safety of all personnel and visitors on-site.
• Preventative Measures: Proactively identify and address any potential security threats or breaches. Act swiftly to deter vandalism, theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Response and Intervention: Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies. Take decisive action to mitigate risks and maintain order in accordance with company protocols and UAE security regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow security personnel, as well as other departments and external authorities, to coordinate security efforts and address any security concerns effectively.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of security incidents, observations, and actions taken. Prepare detailed reports for management review as required.
• Adherence to Policies: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and security protocols at all times. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in carrying out duties.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in a security-related role, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting. Familiarity with security equipment, surveillance techniques, and emergency response procedures is desirable.
• Qualifications: A valid Security Guard license issued by the relevant authority in the UAE is mandatory. Additional certifications in first aid, fire safety, or related fields are advantageous.
• Physical Fitness: Good physical condition with the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Demonstrated ability to respond swiftly and effectively in physically demanding situations.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Hindi or urdu, is preferred given the preferred nationalities.
• Ethical Standards: Impeccable integrity and professionalism. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
