We are currently seeking vigilant and reliable individuals to join our team as Security Guards. The primary responsibility of the Security Guard is to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets through vigilant observation, patrols, and incident response.Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Perform access control duties, including verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes.
Enforce company security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and contractors as needed.
Complete accurate and detailed incident reports documenting security-related activities.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
Valid security guard license or certification (if required by state or local regulations).
Strong observation and surveillance skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
