We are currently seeking dedicated and vigilant individuals to join our team as Security Guards. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors, while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized persons, suspicious activities, and safety hazards. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to security breaches or emergencies. Control access to the premises by verifying identification and issuing visitor badges as necessary. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and maintain safety. Write detailed incident reports documenting security incidents, disturbances, or violations. Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and emergency responders as needed. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred. Valid security guard license or certification. Strong observational and surveillance skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
