Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the security of premises.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security threats.
Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or activities.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and address safety hazards.
Respond to emergencies, disturbances, or security incidents and take appropriate action as needed.
Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and tenants as required.
Report any suspicious behavior, incidents, or safety concerns to management and/or law enforcement authorities.
Complete accurate and detailed incident reports and documentation as necessary.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the company.
Follow company policies and regulations, including those related to safety and security.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security management is preferred.
Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Valid security license or certification as required by state regulations.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
