Our Company operates a busy warehouse facility dedicated to storing and distributing goods for our clients. We prioritize safety and security to protect both our assets and the valuable inventory entrusted to us. As we continue to grow, we are seeking vigilant and reliable Security Guards to join our team and ensure the protection of our warehouse premises.

Responsibilities:
Patrol the warehouse premises regularly to detect and deter suspicious activity
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats
Control access to the warehouse by checking credentials of employees, visitors, and vehicles entering and exiting the facility
Conduct security checks of incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent theft and unauthorized access
Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, and report any unusual or suspicious behavior to management and law enforcement as necessary
Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to implement and enforce security procedures and protocols
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrols, and activities in daily logs and reports
Assist with the investigation of security breaches, thefts, and other incidents, and provide testimony and evidence as needed
Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the warehouse environment
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Security Supervisor or Warehouse Manager

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a related security role, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting
Valid security license or certification as required by state or local regulations
Strong observation and surveillance skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in high-pressure situations and emergencies
Basic knowledge of security and safety procedures, protocols, and equipment
Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards
