Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Guard cum Watchman with knowledge of CCTV systems and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure the security of the building premises, monitor surveillance cameras, and respond to emergencies effectively. Training in SIRA certification , Salama safety procedures , and Good English proficiency are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building Security: Monitor and patrol the building, ensuring unauthorized individuals do not gain access, and report any suspicious activities.
• CCTV Surveillance: Operate and manage the building's CCTV system, monitor live footage, and record incidents.
• Emergency Response: Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire, medical, or security threats, and assist in evacuations if needed.
• Access Control: Manage the building's entry points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of activities, incidents, and security-related events.
• Reporting: Report any maintenance issues with security systems to the management team.

Required Qualifications:

• SIRA Certification (mandatory for security personnel in the UAE).
• Salama Training (mandatory for safety procedures).
• Basic proficiency in English for communication and report writing.
• Prior experience in a similar security role is preferred.
• Good physical condition and ability to respond quickly in emergencies.
