Job Description

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our shopping center, its patrons, and staff. The ideal candidate will maintain a visible presence, prevent and respond to incidents, and uphold a welcoming and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol the shopping center premises and monitor surveillance systems. Identify suspicious behavior and respond promptly to security incidents. Assist in crowd control and enforce safety protocols during events and busy periods. Respond to emergencies, including medical situations, theft, and disturbances. Collaborate with local law enforcement when required. Provide directions and assistance to shoppers and staff. Complete detailed reports on incidents and daily activities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred. Strong observational and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Licensed security certification (if required by local laws).

Pay: AED1,800.00 per month
