Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises during 12-hour shifts. The Security Guard will play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring activities, preventing unauthorized access, and responding to incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Access Control

• Monitor and control access to the premises for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Verify identification and maintain a log of entry and exit points.

Patrol and Surveillance

• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and report security risks or breaches.
• Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment for unusual activity.

Incident Management

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Document and report incidents to the appropriate authorities and complete detailed incident reports.

Customer Service

• Provide assistance and directions to visitors and employees as needed.
• Handle inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Safety Enforcement

• Enforce site-specific policies and procedures to maintain safety.
• Report hazards or potential risks to management.

Emergency Response

• Act as the first point of contact during emergencies, including fire, medical, or security incidents.
• Assist with evacuations or other emergency protocols as required.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in a security or related role preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Basic knowledge of security systems and emergency response protocols.

Licensing/Certification:

• Valid security guard license or certification (as required by local regulations).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
• Must be physically capable of performing tasks such as climbing stairs or responding to emergencies.

Schedule and Working Conditions

• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts (day or night).
• Work Environment: Indoor and outdoor conditions, subject to weather and environmental factors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
