Ohana Development, a prominent real estate developer in the UAE, is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team at our site office in Abu Dhabi. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, assets, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Security Monitoring: Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Access Control: Control access at the site entrance and ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
• Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the site to identify and address security risks.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, such as medical or fire incidents.
• Reporting: Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position.
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Strong integrity and professionalism.
• Good physical condition and stamina.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
• Past experience in UAE
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training will be a plus.
