Resource Management: Handling resources within the section, such as inventory, budget, equipment, and other necessary resources. This can also involve cost control measures and resource optimization. Quality Control: Ensuring that products or services meet the required quality standards. This might involve implementing quality control procedures, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Problem Solving: Addressing challenges and issues that arise within the section. This could involve troubleshooting operational problems, addressing employee concerns, and finding solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
