Job Description

- Preparing and monitoring the annual purchasing plan for the organization.
- Managing purchasing operations in accordance with approved systems, regulations, and laws.
- Managing relationships with suppliers, negotiating with service providers, evaluating them and setting their accreditation controls according to the systems followed in the organization.
- Preparing necessary proposals to maintain and sustain the organization\'s building and services.
- Supervising the implementation of contracts and supply in coordination with regulatory units and contract officials.
- Building a database of suppliers and service providers to prepare a list of registered and accredited suppliers in the organization according to the condition of the systems adopted in the organization.
- Maintaining the organization\'s facilities and developing proactive and periodic maintenance plans.
- Providing hospitality services for the organization according to approved procedures.
- Preparing a non-technical assets and property register and following up on updating the registration of all movements, exclusion, erasure or destruction.
- Preparing periodic reports on purchasing and supply operations and submitting them to the competent authority.
- Preparing a purchasing and contracts monitoring and auditing board and continuously updating it according to the annual and general purchasing plan.
- Preparing and updating contract documents and documents and recommending the imposition of fines and delay according to the procedures, systems and regulations followed.
- Managing and securing needs from purchases, materials, furniture and operational supplies according to the controls and regulations followed.
- Preparing guides, frameworks, policies and procedures for purchasing, contracts and administrative services and adopting them from the competent authority and continuously updating them.
- Managing reservations and services according to the request and accreditation.
- Managing the records of entry and exit from the organization and preparing preventive measures controls to ensure the safety and security of employees and visitors and direct supervision of their implementation.
