• Lead and manage the Incident Response and Threat Hunting team, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with organisational security objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive incident response plans and procedures, ensuring timely and effective response to security incidents.
• Conduct proactive threat-hunting activities to identify and neutralise potential threats before they can impact critical systems and data.
• Analyse and investigate security incidents, determining root causes and taking appropriate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other security teams and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and effective response to cyber threats.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and trends, implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance the team\'s capabilities.
• Develop and deliver training programs to security staff on incident response and threat-hunting best practices.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in incident response and threat-hunting methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of cyber security frameworks and best practices.
