Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Secretary to manage administrative records and tasks.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

- 2+ years' experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.

- professional attitude and appearance.

- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Fluent in English & Arabic.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Respond efficiently to customers' inquiries.

- Maintain filing systems and ensure updating it on daily basis.

- Receive and sort daily emails.

- Schedule and coordinate meeting and appointments.

- Handle administrative tasks as needed.

- Collaborate with teams to streamline admin records.

- Track official company's documents (application & renewal).

- Handle all office supplies.
