Hiring secretarial / reciptionist position in Happy Jump for Electric Cars LLC Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
• Manage owner calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas and reports.
• Maintain an organized filing system and ensure that documents are easily accessible.
• Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Support various projects as assigned by the owner, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct research and compile information to assist in decision-making.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements :
• Minimum 2 years experience in secretarial or receptionist field in the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi preferably)
• Experience with commercial sector (Hospitality, vehicles, energy) preferably with golf carts / parts industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
