Job Description

: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Secretary/Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our marketing and sales managers, ensuring seamless operations and efficient coordination. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, including booking flights and hotels, handling schedules, and assisting with real estate property management and maintenance. A basic knowledge of travel and tourism will be a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales managers.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Book flights and hotels for business trips and client visits.
• Assist in managing real estate property documentation and records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and sales activities.
• Support property management and maintenance tasks as required.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a secretary, administrator, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate property management and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of travel and tourism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with booking travel arrangements.
• Understanding of marketing and sales processes.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• receptionist/secretary: 2 years (Preferred)
