Receptionist/Secretary must have Real Estate Experience
Our company is urgently looking for a Secretary/Receptionist. Facilitating communications within an office and fielding interactions with the public.
Answering and redirecting phone calls. Scheduling meetings and updating event calendars.
Organizing documents and paperwork and maintaining a filing system. Assisting supervisors and staff with company projects and tasks.
Ensuring meetings are effectively organized and minuted.
Maintaining effective records and administration Upholding the legal requirements of governing documents, charity law, company law, etc. (where relevant].
Communication and correspondence. Requirement: 1. Atleast 2 years of experience in Dubai for the same position Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
