\xc2\xb7 Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments. \xc2\xb7 Typing, preparing and collating reports. \xc2\xb7 Filing. \xc2\xb7 Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes). \xc2\xb7 Managing databases. \xc2\xb7 Implementing new procedures and administrative systems. \xc2\xb7 Liaising with relevant organisations and clients. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks. \xc2\xb7 Logging or processing bills or expenses. \xc2\xb7 Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients. \xc2\xb7 Preparing the project quotations invoices and follow- up for payment collection. \xc2\xb7 Dealing with the clients, authorities, suppliers for any the company requirements. \xc2\xb7 Provide clerical and administrative. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month Experience:
  • receptionist/secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
