Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Secretary cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front office activities, handle administrative duties, and provide support to various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist with office supply inventory management and reordering.
• Support other departments with clerical tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills .
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing , experience with social media platforms , and familiarity with Accounts works are a plus.
• Candidates with a family visa are strongly preferred.
