Job Description

• Scheduling: Managing calendars, booking meetings, and arranging appointments for team members.

• Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.

• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases.

• Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, hotels, and car rentals for business trips.

• Office Supplies: Ordering and managing office supplies inventory.

Communication

• Phone Calls: Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls.

• Internal Communication: Relaying messages, distributing information, and coordinating with other departments.

Support

• Document Preparation: Typing, formatting, and printing documents, reports, and presentations.

• Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.

• Event Planning: Assisting with organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.

• Human Resources: Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

• Finance: Processing invoices, expense reports, and payroll.

• Project Management: Supporting project managers by tracking deadlines, managing tasks, and coordinating team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• secretary: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
