We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary/Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in daily office paperwork and proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, to assist in preparing presentations and various documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office paperwork, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff.
• Assist in organizing meetings and taking minutes when required.
• Coordinate office activities and provide general administrative support.
• Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Secretary/Admin Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a corporate or professional environment.
