Job Description

We are currently seeking a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Secretary, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our organization. You will be responsible for managing and organizing all administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.Responsibilities: * Manage the reception area and greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain and update files, documents, and records.
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
