Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our top management team. This is a permanent, full-time desk job that requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Assist in organizing and coordinating events and conferences. Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Requirements: Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
