Bachelor's or equivalent degree Extra certification in office administration is a bonus Proven Secretary or Administrative Assistant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional organization & multitasking skills Strong verbal & written communication Independence, teamwork, & professionalism Detail-oriented & deadline-driven Preferred: knowledge of construction industry Take charge of various administrative duties: File maintenance, document prep, and appointment scheduling Answer calls/emails, assist clients and colleagues Help with meeting prep, logistics, and document distribution Coordinate travel and accommodations Data entry and database maintenance Order office supplies, manage stock Please send your CV
