We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Preferred Female Secretary

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to managers and employees.
- Assist with daily office tasks and general administrative activities.
- Utilize tools such as MS Excel and office equipment for efficient work.

Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and office equipment.
- Preferably with UAE experience as a Secretary.
