Secretary at an Educational Center in Sharjah required
Qualifications:
• Minimum of a recognized and certified diploma.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Current residency in the United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office tasks and daily administrative operations.
• Organize schedules, appointments, and handle phone calls.
• Prepare and draft reports and correspondence.
• Provide administrative and technical support to the team.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and files.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
