Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Handle correspondence and communication via email, phone, and other platforms
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Assist with various tasks as needed to support the team
Requirements:
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Demonstrated honesty and a strong work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experienced with Outlook and other social media applications
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
