Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain ERP system data.
• Manage store operations and inventory records.
• Maintain accurate records and organize files systematically.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
