Job Description

Administrative Support: . Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. . Manage appointments, meetings, and conference schedules for managers. . Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations. . Maintain and update office records, files, and databases. Coordination: . Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. . Act as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely responses. . Support the organization of office events, meetings, and workshops. Requirements: 1. Fluent in English (written and spoken). 2. Strong organizational and communication skills. 3.
