Job Description

A well established European engineering and trading company is currently looking for a talented secretary. : Organizing the managing director's diary, maintaining and assisting in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc. Distribute circulations/correspondences. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences, emails, and phone calls. Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and electronic. Drafting correspondences, proofreading and editing documents, and formatting reports. Liaise with Clients, Suppliers, and Partners, on behalf of the Managing Director. Attend meetings and keep minutes. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure. Provide administrative and clerical support to other tendering/engineering departments or managers, by drafting letters, preparing offers, etc. Takes and transcribes dictation.
