- •Scheduling•: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements. Ensure that the schedule is optimized for efficiency.
- •Data Entry•: Maintain and update databases and ensure accurate data entry of information.
- •Office Supplies Management•: Monitor office supplies and order new stock as needed to ensure that the office is fully equipped.
- •Meeting Coordination•: Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and ensure that action items are followed up.
- •Confidentiality•: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- •Customer Service•: Provide support to clients and visitors, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- •Support to Other Staff•: Provide support to other staff members as needed, assisting with various projects and tasks.
-•Preferably with at least 2 years' experience in Architectural Engineering Consultants.
