Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations. Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth administrative operations. Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist in organizing events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Professional demeanor and a high level of discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field. Fluency in English and Arabic.
