The Role
Key Responsibilities o Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Director. o Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and respond or redirect as appropriate. o Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible. o Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. o Uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive information. o Conduct basic research and compile data to assist in decision-making and project execution. o Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures, providing reminders and updates as needed. o Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned to support the team's goals.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment. o Excellent organizational and time-management skills. o Strong verbal and written communication abilities. o Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. o Ability to multitask and work independently. o Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
