Job Title: Secretary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Secretary with 1 to 2 years of experience to provide comprehensive support to a busy professional. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, who thrives in a dynamic environment. A valid UAE driving license is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings; prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations; handle incoming calls and emails; and ensure smooth daily operations.

- Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel itineraries, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation; provide detailed travel schedules and ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.

- Personal Errands: Perform personal errands and tasks as required, including shopping, managing household needs, and running various personal and professional errands.

- Driving Duties: Provide reliable transportation for the client, including driving to appointments, events, and other engagements as needed.

- Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all personal and professional matters; handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Event Planning: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and social gatherings; ensure all details are managed effectively.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

- Driving License: Valid UAE driving license and a clean driving record.

- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment.

- Attributes: Professional demeanor; proactive and resourceful; ability to handle stressful situations with composure; strong problem-solving skills.
