Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering phone calls
• Provide excellent customer support and service to clients and visitors
• Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar role
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED17.87 - AED19.16 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
