Job Description

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, and take messages as needed.
Manage the office\'s appointment calendar and schedule meetings or appointments.
Administrative Support:Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents.
Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
Visitor and Client Management:Register visitors, issue visitor badges, and inform relevant staff of their arrival.
Handle client inquiries, providing information or directing them to the appropriate department.
Ensure a professional and clean front office area at all times.
Appointment Scheduling:Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure they are prepared for meetings.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and manage related logistics.
