Manage and maintain executives\' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handle them when appropriate. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and reports. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents. Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting and distributing to the appropriate recipients. Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders as needed. Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing. Provide additional support to the administrative team as needed.Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and confidentiality. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
