Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Secretary to support our administrative operations.

Responsibilities:
Assist in general clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Manage and organize documents for various hospital departments.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for hospital staff.
Maintain and update appointment calendars.
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, memos, and other administrative information.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
