Job Role : Admin Coordinator/ Secretary (Residential Buildings)Duties \xc2\xb7 Provides comprehensive support services ensuring professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole. \xc2\xb7 Provides sophisticated calendar management. Prioritizes inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance; makes judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. \xc2\xb7 Administers correspondence, manages incoming calls, and prioritizes phone messages, emails. \xc2\xb7 Oversee the emails, including strictly private and confidential communication. \xc2\xb7 Prepare correspondence, compose letters and responses; \xc2\xb7 Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion. \xc2\xb7 Provide administrative assistance to other senior management, when required \xc2\xb7 Ability to handle multiple tasks flexibly and deliver work on deadlines \xc2\xb7 Oversee the daily operations of multiple residential properties. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: \xc2\xb7 Degree/Diploma with over 3 years of Administrative/Secretary experience (Real Estate Experience is an added advantage). \xc2\xb7 Should be Computer literate (excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) \xc2\xb7 Good numerical ability with excellent written and oral communication in English \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to details and good presentation skills \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently without supervision \xc2\xb7 Fast learner, approachable and pleasant workplace demeanor. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
